I have been unable to find the necessary form or instructions of how to fill one out (if there is one). ORS 181.820, just says to petition the court where the crime was committed ( in this case, Marion county, Salem, OR)

For instance, ORS 135.747 is off the books as of April 1, 2014 as per the state legislature. I'd like to flag it or add a note or comment but I cannot - perhaps either a comment section with login or a way to contact you would be great.

Please restore access to the above sections of the education law.

Generally, the text of the ORS seems to be missing apostrophes. For instance, ORS 105.580 says "director or the directors designee" twice.

In trying to find a statute that may regard a complaint towards a business, the way the laws are written, a definition pertaining to dishonesty in pricing and price quotes stated to customers is not easily found, if existing at all.

This version of ORS 279C.110(1) refers to the wrong subsection. It should refer to subsection (2) not subsection 3)

I am a college graduate and human factors engineer and I can't understand the legalese that laws are written in. It would be wonderful for someone to provide a plain language transcript. Isn't that already required via the Plain Language Act of 2010?
