Double check the citation noted here
This version of ORS 279C.110(1) refers to the wrong subsection. It should refer to subsection (2) not subsection 3)

Provide plain English summaries
In trying to find a statute that may regard a complaint towards a business, the way the laws are written, a definition pertaining to dishonesty in pricing and price quotes stated to customers is not easily found, if existing at all.

Put a note that http://www.oregonlaws.org/ors/164.865 is no longer a valid law.

make available the form and instructions of how to petitiion the court under ORS181.820
I have been unable to find the necessary form or instructions of how to fill one out (if there is one). ORS 181.820, just says to petition the court where the crime was committed ( in this case, Marion county, Salem, OR)

make a hyperlink
I'm on this page:
http://www.oregonlaws.org/ors/811.028Where it says this:
See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further...Which is good, but it would be even better if the test "Preface to Oregon Revised Statues" was linked to whatever that is. (I'm about to go searching for it now ... never heard of if before...)

Ther is a probable misprint in ORS 633.738
"Sec. 4. Section 3 (sic?) of this 2013 special session Act [633.738] does not apply to any local measure that was:
(1) Proposed by initiative petition and, on or before January 31, 2013, qualified for placement on the ballot in a county; and (2) Approved by the electors of the county at an election held on May 20, 2014. [2013 s.s.1 c.4 §4]"This does not make sense, which is why I put the "(sic?)" after "Section 3." It should be Section 2.
One wonders whether it crept in when being posted here, or in the actual signed law.

It would be good to have preambles available
It would be good to have preambles of statutes available, for determination of legislative intent. I am currently involved in a case where the defendant is saying that ORS 633.738 is only for GMOs.

Fix typo in http://www.oregonlaws.org/ors/90.412
90.412(4)(b): first line reads: "The violation concerns the tenants conduct" but both good grammar and the official statute put an apostrophe in tenant's.
