    Here are two examples from ORS § 90.150:[1]
    "... the landlords or tenants telephone answering device."
    "... the landlords rental office ..."

    The text at oregonlegislature.gov shows the apostrophes:[2]
    "... the landlord’s or tenant’s telephone answering device."
    "... the landlord’s rental office ..."

    A search for "form" found quite a few forms in the ORS. Examples:

    A web search found this page[1], which has a link to a PDF version of the form. The form does not have any version info, so it is not immediately clear whether it conforms to ORS § 127.531, Form of advance directive[2].
