    Include effective date and link to enacting law for each section. Preferably history of effective dates of amendments and original enacting law, but at least the effective date of the most recent revision on Public.Law. Ideally, last statutory revision effective date is at top of section and history of revisions is accessible either from a link to pop-up or at bottom of page.
